Job Description Are you passionate about turning in-store experiences into powerful membership moments? We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Membership Communications to lead how the LEGO® Insiders programme comes to life across our global retail stores. This global role will shape how we recruit, inspire and retain LEGO Insiders members in-store across AMS and EMEA . You’ll define and deliver the strategy for all in-store communications – from sign-up messaging to promoting rewards, benefits and campaigns – ensuring the membership programme is visible, engaging and seamlessly integrated into the wider store experience. Working cross-functionally with teams across Membership & Personalisation, Retail Marketing, Retail Design and Retail Operations , you’ll elevate how we communicate with shoppers in store and help grow the LEGO Insiders community. We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
