LEASING & MARKETING ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER: Fogelman is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Park Summit Apartments, located in the Decatur area of Atlanta. We are looking for an outgoing and professional individual to lead marketing and leasing efforts, as well as to assist with the accounting duties. This is a 2-person office, and a Saturday work schedule is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales or leasing experience in addition to 1 - 2 years of Assistant Manager experience. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills, strong sales, accounting, and collection skills, and be comfortable using social media and marketing tools. Experience with Yardi, CRM, and YieldStar is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
