Benefits: Blue Ribbon Chem Dry in Westlake is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking IICRC Certified Technician to join our premier cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level cleaning services for area rugs and wall-to-wall carpeting in our In Plant Area Rug Cleaning Plant and Residential Homes. You will use your specialized knowledge of fibers and chemistry to assess, treat, and restore flooring to the highest industry standards. The position starts Part Time and will work into Full Time and Overtime when needed. Key Responsibilities Inspections & Assessment: Conduct thorough pre-cleaning inspections to identify fiber types, construction, and existing damage or stains. Professional Cleaning: Use Chem-Dry's proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process and other applications as trained. Area Rug Care: Identify and treat various area rug types (oriental, wool, synthetic) using appropriate techniques to prevent dye bleed or fiber damage. Stain & Odor Treatment: Apply specialized spot removals, deodorizers, and fabric protectors.
