About the role: We are looking for an Operations Technology Specialist to support the rollout of our operational software platform across client environments in the defence and security sector across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the National Lead, this role is responsible for delivering deployments end to end, including planning, coordination, on site rollout, training, and post go live support. The platform is used daily by operational teams, so reliability, usability, and strong user adoption are critical. Our platform is setting a new standard for how operational teams manage, track, and report activity in real time. You will work closely with business managers and their clients, acting as the central point of coordination during implementation.
