Development Coordinator The Opportunity Alliance is looking to fill this part-time Development Coordinator role with our Development and Communications department. The Development Coordinator is a vital member of the Development and Communications team, helping fuel TOA’s mission of building better lives and stronger communities across Maine through donor stewardship, communications, and event support. In this role, you will help raise and manage the resources that power life-changing programs and amplify the impact TOA has on more than 24,000 Mainers each year. This role manages the donor database and development systems, ensures accurate gift processing and financial reconciliation, and supports strategic donor cultivation through portfolio management and reporting. The coordinator drafts donor correspondence and acknowledgments, collaborates on annual appeals and other campaigns, and helps execute fundraising events from registration through follow-up. The Development Coordinator works closely with the VP of Development and Communications to help set departmental goals and strategy.
