Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Project Manager III, Midstream Large Projects at Phillips 66 Midstream oversees projects from the early planning stages and securing capital funding, through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project completion. This position is also responsible for continuously improving project delivery methods, systems, and procedures to ensure all projects are executed efficiently and consistently. Phillips 66 Midstream manages all areas of the gas and liquids midstream sector, such as pipelines, pump and compressor stations, gas processing facilities, fractionation plants, terminals, underground caverns, and dock operations. What You’ll Do: - Coordinate and manage multiple capital projects (ranging up to $100MM) from funding approval through commissioning, including engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities - Define project scope and develop cost estimates, schedules, risk evaluations, and detailed Project Execution Plans - Champion Phillips 66 core values by delivering superior safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance - Manage internal and external engineering, design, and drafting res...
