Job Summary: The VP, Algorithm – AI is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of advanced algorithm capabilities across Masimo’s product portfolio, with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and signal processing. This role provides functional leadership for algorithm development to drive innovation and clinical impact. The VP will lead a team of algorithm engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and ensure alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and next-generation product development. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a high-performing algorithm engineering team, including AI and machine learning capabilities - Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven algorithm development aligned with product, business, and customer needs - Drive innovation in machine learning, signal processing, and modeling to advance Masimo’s monitoring technologies - Oversee the design, development, validation, and implementation of algorithms supporting product performance and clinical utility - Partner cross-functionally with Software Engineering, Product Development, Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality teams to delive...
