Brief Description: As a Lead Full Stack Mobile Developer , you will serve as a technical leader responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering high-quality mobile and backend solutions across our portfolio of mobile software projects. These applications support critical use-cases spanning HR, operations, maintenance, health and safety, and more. In addition to hands-on development, you will provide technical direction, establish best practices, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with digital solution engineers, product teams, and end users to deliver scalable and secure solutions to complex business challenges. This role calls for a leader who can architect a distributed backend system one day and guide implementation of a new cross-platform mobile feature the next.
