2.0 Responsibilities - The Yard Operator is responsible for the safe and effective execution of all yard handling and phosphate processing activities, ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards. - Execute material handling activities, including receiving, storing, staging, and shipping products in accordance with company specifications. - Verify incoming and outgoing materials through accurate counting, inspection, and proper identification, including marking with work order numbers and customer-specific requirements. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of yard operations, including material movement protocols, equipment usage, and safety procedures. - Perform phosphate operations in accordance with established SOPs, including SOP VI-005, ensuring adherence to all process and quality requirements. - Conduct and document routine phosphate solution testing and maintain accurate production and process records. - Ensure all documentation, including job packets, logs, and reports, is completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas across the yard, shop, and phosphate facilities. - Operate forklifts and ma...
