Qualifications: - Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing (hourly) and corporate roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance - Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions - Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, internal candidates, and niche platforms - Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with Methode values - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up - Prepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders - Identify and proactively address risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelines - Create and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding efforts - Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System - Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experie...
