Employment Type: Full time Shift: Evening Shift Description: What You’ll Do: Patient Transport & Experience - Safely and courteously transport patients between nursing units, diagnostic areas, and other departments - Operate designated patient transport elevators to ensure efficiency and comfort - Treat every patient and guest with dignity, empathy, and respect Communication & Coordination: - Communicate all stages of patient transport clearly with the dispatcher - Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, ancillary departments, and medical center personnel - Proactively report delays, barriers, or service issues and escalate patient‑experience concerns when needed Safety First: - Prioritize patient, visitor, and coworker safety at all times - Use transport equipment safely and correctly - Immediately report unsafe equipment or practices to leadership Accountability & Teamwork: - Deliver timely, reliable patient transport while meeting productivity expectations - Attend required trainings, in‑services, and staff meetings - Follow all departmental and hospital policies and procedures - Take initiative to support continuous improvement across departments Privacy & Professionalism:...
