Company: Marsh Description: Senior Analyst - Access Management We are hiring a Senior Analyst - Access Management based on one of our global Tech hubs in Cluj. The Senior Analyst - Access Management is a hybrid individual contributor role responsible for the professional, timely and accurate processing of access requests and related incidents for Marsh’s colleagues, contractors and vendors. We will count on you to: Own end‑to‑end processing of GLAM incidents and requests— triage, validate, fulfill or escalate and meet daily, monthly and quarterly ticket resolution targets. Execute Active Directory and security permission changes across multiple domains, provision/deprovision accounts, maintain group memberships and implement least‑privilege controls. Work closely with application owners, platform, networking and other resolver teams to identify root causes, reduce reassignments and resolve interdependent incidents quickly. Maintain SOX/FSA‑compliant processes and documentation for all access actions; use ServiceNow to capture approvals, evidence and audit trails.
