Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Cyber Intelligence Analyst SME to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Establish analytic standards, intelligence integration frameworks, and threat‑modeling methodologies for enterprise cyber intelligence aligned with DoD and Army guidance. - Advise senior leadership on emerging threat landscapes, adversary campaigns, and strategic risk to mission systems; provide decision‑grade intelligence briefings and recommendations. - Oversee development of advanced threat assessments, adversary profiles, and strategic intelligence products that map TTPs to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK. - Direct intelligence lifecycle processes, enrichment workflows, and fusion of technical, operational, and geopolitical context to ensure analytic rigor and relevance. - Guide integration of intelligence into SOC, CIRT, RCC‑ARNG, NETCOM, and ARCYBER operations to shape detection priorities, rule development, and proactive threat‑hunting initiatives. - Lead review of high‑impact incidents to validate correlations, characterize adversary behavior, and inform response and mitigation strate...
