Overview: Join our growing team! Our Chick-fil-A is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to support and expand our outside sales division. Responsibilities: - Report directly to the Catering Manager and assist with all outside sales-related duties. - Prepare setups for catering orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation. - Communicate with guests to confirm orders and provide exceptional service. - Make recommendations based on guests’ specific catering needs. - Process orders both systematically and operationally, ensuring smooth transactions. - Deliver and set up catering orders at various locations. - Assist the kitchen team in preparing catering orders. - Maintain clear communication with the Leadership Team regarding upcoming orders. - When not handling catering duties, assist in other roles throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and front-line support.
