GENERAL SUMMARY: The Community Counselor provides strength-based interventions to build self- regulation skills and develops positive coping strategies for anger, impulse control, depression, anxiety and stress, conflict resolution and general self management. Services will be provided to member and/or family in a community, educational, or home-based setting. Care coordination and Child and Family Team (CFT) facilitation skills will also be required and provided as needed based on the needs of the member.
