Position: Pool Concierge – Summer Season Job Type: Part-time/Seasonal: Location: FFC West Loop Compensation: $16.60 per hour Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Expectations: - Greet and check in members and guests by name, always with a friendly and professional demeanor - Track all membership and pool-related inquiries made in person and over the phone - Assist the Member Experience Manager and Café Manager with administrative tasks during the pool season (including cabana reservations, confirmation and courtesy calls, refunds, and related requests) - Host and assist members and guests utilizing cabanas, ensuring a high-quality experience - Enforce all pool rules and policies, including usage restrictions, clear bag policy, and no outside food or alcohol - Answer questions from members and guests in accordance with club and pool procedures...
