In this role you will produce the daily and weekly production schedules for final, sub-assembly and machining (Volume/Mix/Sequence) and utilize the Common Material Management System (CMMS) Inventory Management System to schedule assembly lines and to communicate to customers What you'll do... · Produce the daily and weekly production schedules for final, sub-assembly and machining (Volume/Mix/Sequence) · Utilize the Common Material Management System (CMMS) Inventory Management System to schedule assembly lines and to communicate to customers Sterling shipping intentions · Follow up on VO shipments and distributions daily · Support final balance outs and running changes to customers · Track daily shipping status, daily parts follow-up and min/max reporting to support production schedule · Coordinate shipments to and from local suppliers / warehouses · Correct shipping transactions and monitor/validate production counts and scrap transactions · Provide MP&L team with daily line-ups · Perform cycle count analysis and control CMMS cycle entry · Coordinate special counts to assure actual physical inventory balances match inventory records · Assist with plant cycle sc...
