Job description

Supports the Regional Special Events Senior Specialist in planning and executing citywide Special Events & Promotions across all Caesars Las Vegas properties. Oversee assigned events, promotions, and related activities to effectively drive customer engagement and increase patronage at Caesars Entertainment. Ensures all programs are delivered to a high standard, following strict guidelines to achieve the highest level of quality. - Oversee day‑to‑day office operations for the Citywide Special Events Department. - Assist the Regional Special Events Manager and Senior Specialist with coordination and execution of all casino event projects. - Create event EAs and use established event checklists to organize and track each promotion/event. - Manage citywide event on‑call and temporary staffing, including scheduling aligned to the event calendar. - Assist with assigned property and marketing functions, ensuring timelines and due dates are met. - Create and distribute internal communications for assigned promotions/events. - Compile required audit materials and ensure all events follow strict checklist, audit, and testing protocols. - Proactively resolve guest issues, coordinating with de...
