Job Title: Business Analyst Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Tallahassee, FL Job Summary: The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between agency business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project deliverables meet business needs, comply with State of Florida standards, and are implemented successfully. This role emphasizes business process analysis, documentation, and deliverables management, with light support for testing and implementation activities. The ideal candidate: will have a strong background in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and Stakeholder Communication, as well as experience working within the State of Florida or other large government environments.
