At NorthBay Health, the Manager, Legal Operations works under the direction of the General Counsel and is responsible for the operational, administrative, and strategic support of the Legal Department. This role focuses on optimizing legal department processes, managing legal technology and vendors, overseeing contract and matter management systems, supporting budgeting and reporting, and driving efficiency, consistency, and compliance across legal operations. The Legal Operations Manager partners closely with attorneys, paralegals, compliance, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the Legal Department operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Oversees day-to-day legal department operations, including workflow management, matter intake, prioritization, and tracking.
