Summary Remote-Centric Hybrid: Teammates primarily work from home but go to the office 1-2 times a month. The Senior Manager of M&A leads accounting workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely reporting. This role requires technical expertise in purchase and transaction accounting, strong project management skills, and the ability to interpret complex deal structures. It also involves guiding an accounting team through onboarding and offboarding processes while driving continuous improvement.
