Are you passionate about Japan’s rich culture and eager to share its wonders with others? Do you excel at creating meaningful connections and ensuring smooth travel experiences? We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tour Leader/Guide based in Germany or in Japan to lead our exclusive guided tours to Japan. As the face of Japanspecialist, you’ll combine storytelling, cultural expertise, and organizational prowess to create immersive experiences that leave travellers inspired. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Lead Enriching Tours : Guide small group tours, delivering engaging stories and insights about Japan’s culture, history, and modern life. Ensure Seamless Logistics : Manage daily schedules, coordinate transportation. Provide Outstanding Service : Adapt to the diverse needs of travellers, resolving challenges with professionalism and care. Prioritize Safety and Well-being : Monitor group safety and implement first-aid measures if necessary. Be the Cultural Liaison : Foster an authentic connection to Japan by bridging cultural gaps and answering travellers’ questions.
