Bilingual Patient Navigator Full Time: Columbus, OH: AndHealth is on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes for the most challenging chronic health conditions, with the goal of making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. We partner with health systems, community health centers, plans, and employers to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve. We are looking for a bilingual Patient Navigator to play an important role at AndHealth. In this role, you’ll use your proficiency in both languages to interact help guide the patients through their journey at AndHealth with the goal of creating incredible health outcomes and ensuring they receive the care needed to live a healthier life. You’ll work with our Physicians, Nurses, Health Coaches, and Patient Services team and provide feedback on how to best deliver a "wow" experience.
