Location: Flint,Michigan,United States THE COMPANY: ROWE Professional Services Company, an employee-owned, full-service professional consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, aerial mapping, LIDAR, landscape architecture, planning and land development, is seeking an experienced Planner III to join our planning group. This role includes serving existing clients and collaborating with Senior Planners on business development. The position is based out of our Flint, MI office and offers a hybrid work arrangement with both in-person and remote options. POSITION SUMMARY: ROWE is currently looking for a Planner III to join our team. This position will play a big role in growing our Planning team and will work under the supervision and guidance of a Senior Planner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Updating/drafting a variety of community plans in areas such as land use, parks and recreation, zoning, and downtown development. - Support and develop public engagement strategies in all phases of Master Plan development. - Conducts research and report writing. - Serve as a point of contact for applicants and public officials for a limited subset of clients...
