Job description

Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing operational and administrative activities related to import/export flows, shipments (both maritime and road transport), and customs processes. The role ensures efficient logistics operations, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise import/export activities, with a strong focus on maritime shipments and road transport operations. Plan, monitor, and optimize domestic and international logistics flows, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards. Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with freight forwarders, carriers, port operators, shipping lines, customs brokers, and road transport companies. Select logistics service providers and propose cost-effective transport solutions. Oversee customs documentation and ensure proper execution of import/export procedures.
