Buckner Retirement Services Community: Ventana by Buckner Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite Address: 8301 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75225 Job Schedule : Full-Time Shifts: A) 4 days on, 2 days off (1p-7:30p) B) 4 days on and 2 days off - split shift 1st 2 days 6:30a-1p, 2nd 2 days 1p-7p. We are seeking a Culinary Server to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Culinary Server, you will play a n important role in all phases of food preparation that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. What you'll do: - Set tables; bus tables, wash off tables after meals. - Responsible for preparing beverages and food as required. - Serve food in dining rooms or other areas as required. - Serve beverages to residents as required. - Blend food in electric blender; prepare steam table. - Prepare hot cart and serve food; clean and sanitize carts. - Wash dishes; scrape and rack dishes; sort, stack, store clean dishes. - Mop, sweep, and clean work area. - Take out trash. - Wrap silverware.
