Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in Power Feed Equipment (PFE) systems, build, and operations. - Experience in delivering network infrastructure (e.g., submarine cable design, cable landing station site selection, or station design and fit-out). Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with commercial and agreement management. - Knowledge of networking, optical technologies, and outside plant or layer one network design.
