Job Description: Engagement Lead, Fidelity Consulting The Role: As Engagement Lead, you lead the day-to-day management of strategy projects critical to Fidelity Businesses. Our projects aim to solve Fidelity’s most critical business issues, and your role is highly valued by business leaders to drive critical thinking of strategic initiatives forward. The project management and business partner relationship support that you provide to the team and our internal clients helps craft the future of Fidelity’s businesses. These projects are typically staffed with three to six associates over a four to six-month timeframe. Your role is to help scope the project, lead and manage workstreams, develop your team, and partner with senior Fidelity business leaders to drive successful outcomes. The Expertise & Skills you bring You hold an MBA. The position requires significant management consulting, strategy, or similar experience with at least one year in the project manager role, preferably with a premier consulting firm or in a strategy group.
