Meet The Team: The Technical Product Management (TPM) Team drives alignment through a technology roadmap, accelerating our corporate milestones by focusing our development teams on the most critical items on our path to a milestone. We do this through cross-functional coordination with all teams in technology: driving decisions, defining measurable acceptance criteria, and building shared accountability with stakeholders to agree on deliverables and timelines.
