Under the direction of a licensed psychologist, provides assessment, therapy and intervention to children, adults and their families. Performs related duties as required in the internship training manual. Incumbents in this class series provide similar patient services. Clinical Psychology Predoctoral Intern is the entry-level class. Interns, under functional supervision of a licensed psychologist, obtain the necessary experience toward completion of doctoral degrees in psychology. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Master’s degree in psychology 2. Must obtain gold card from the state of West Virginia prior to start date of July 1 3.
