As a Tour Guide in our iconic music venue, you'll serve as a storyteller and cultural ambassador, sharing the rich musical heritage and history of our venues. During engaging walking tours, you'll entertain tour groups with approved facts and stories about legendary artists, performances, and venue history. Our venue is an active live entertainment destination, and tours move through spaces that host nightly performances, offering a dynamic setting where history comes alive. As the ideal candidate you are outgoing, reliable, and passionate about our music legacy. - Present high-energy, entertaining, scripted tour while escorting groups through the facility. Actively engage the guests throughout the tour while communicating approved information. - Collect and scan tickets from individuals or groups. Provide confident and friendly directional guidance to guests. - Respond to questions about the venue. Distribute brochures, coupons, and general information. Share your interest in upcoming events in our venues. - Manage and maintain tour equipment. Keep listening devices and radios charged and clean. Operate video equipment to accompany tour presentations. Report issues to management....
