The Mobile Crisis Dispatcher is the first point of contact for individuals experiencing a behavioral health, substance use, or intellectual/developmental disability crisis situation. The dispatcher will answer crisis calls, help stabilize callers in crisis, triage the calls and dispatch responders to provide face to face interventions. Dispatchers work 12 hour shifts with some overlap on weekdays. The PRN dispatcher will pick up coverage for vacations, sick days and other coverage needs. Weekends, holidays and night hours are anticipated. Provides support to individuals with Mental Health (MH) or Substance Abuse Issues. In residential, school, workplace and community settings.
