Terms and Conditions apply** The Medical Technologist Supervisor monitors all aspects of operations including daily monitoring of team member schedules, job performance and productivity; oversight of quality and safety standards; and compliance with regulatory requirements. This Medical Technologist Supervisor (Phlebotomy Education and Training) will specifically provide Phlebotomy training and curriculum development, starting with the creation of the curriculum and then the supervision, revision, and implementation of said training program and curriculum. The person in this role will serve as the primary liaison between us and any affiliated Phlebotomy educational institutions. This person will supervise the Phlebotomy team and will promote a culture of positive guest relations and customer service.
