3rd Shift Sanitation Technician will support the Production department in a variety of functions and tasks. Qualifications: Effective communication skills, including basic writing skills Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to read and interpret documents written in English such as safety rules, policies, standard operating procedures and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am, Full Time Hours Additional hours including weekends will be required during peak seasons (August - December) RESPONSIBILITIES : Follow all safety procedures, report all safety issues to the immediate supervisor, use safety gear as required Responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of catch pans, bucket conveyor systems, utensils, walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, kettles, top of equipment, and other areas used in the manufacturing of food. Complete all necessary tasks required by Plant Sanitarian Maintains the equipment wash stations and hand wash sink as per standard operating procedures.
