This is a hands-on, technical ER role for professionals who thrive under pressure and deliver patient care with urgency, precision, and compassion . 🩺 What You’ll Do - Perform ER triage and rapid patient assessment - Place IV catheters, draw blood, and administer fluids, CRIs, and medications - Monitor anesthesia (including high-risk cases) and recovery - Provide ICU-level nursing care for critical patients - Assist in emergency surgery and procedures - Run diagnostics: radiographs, in-house labs, cytology - Maintain accurate medical records and support team communication - Emergency triage & case prioritization - IV catheter placement (including difficult cases) - Anesthesia monitoring & recovery - Fluid therapy & CRI calculations - Patient monitoring (ECG, SpO₂, BP, ETCO₂) - Pharmacology & safe medication administrati...
