Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary Cystic Fibrosis (CF) program. This full-time role offers the opportunity to care for a complex and unique patient population within a collaborative, team-based environment focused on high-quality, evidence-based care. Position Overview: The APP will play a key role in the longitudinal management of adult patients with cystic fibrosis. This will be primarily in clinic, as well as providing a bridge between outpatient and inpatient teams when patients are admitted. The position emphasizes continuity of care, patient and family education, and close collaboration with pulmonologists and an established CF care team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive care for patients with cystic fibrosis, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up - Attend multidisciplinary CF clinic in Lebanon and Manchester - Manchester clinics are approximately 2 times per month - Triage sick calls and see add-on patients when needed - Help manage disease progression and acute exacerbations in collaboration with CF pulmonologists - Diagnose and screen for CF...
