Location: Each Chicago, IN Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Systems Specialist at our Indiana Harbor facility. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, extensive manufacturing experience, and effective communication skills in a fast-paced industrial environment. Summary of Responsibilities: - Maintain Quality System including A2LA accreditation and IATF certifications through activities such as internal auditing, document maintenance and MSA. - Maintain, audit and revise quality-related processes, including test reporting, metrics development and distribution, efficiency tools, IT project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Support and maintain the legacy order entry system. - Work effectively within a team environment, utilizing clear and effective communication skills. - Recommend new technology to satisfy changing customer and marketplace demands. - Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and other technical resources to drive results. - Other duties as assigned.
