Job description
PURPOSE: The Supervised Independent Living Program (SILP) provides a transitional living environment for older youth who are ready to move towards independent living but could benefit from a supported environment to build the skills required to live independently. The SILP provides resources for youth aged 18 to 20 who are experiencing challenges as they transition to adulthood. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Clinical Supervisor has clinical and administrative responsibility for SILP apartments, under the supervision and direction of the Clinical Director. The Supervisor is responsible for carrying a small caseload, supervising clinical staff, ensuring the provision of psychotherapeutic, psychiatric and case management services for residents, overseeing administrative processes, and participating in various administrative and team conferences.
