POSITION SUMMARY: The Superintendent will lead construction trades and/or other subcontractors as directed. Reports to the Project Manager. Perform duties expected of multi-disciplinary construction work activities. Ability to work well with customers/employees, and possess strong computer skills. Work from verbal or written instructions, sketches, diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and vendor manuals must comply with all state, municipal, tribal, or facility codes and specifications. Perform construction renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on property facilities and equipment. Perform all work safely and securely.
