Job Description: The Shift engineer will provide essential engineering expertise to support Operations in reducing and eliminating downtime. This role involves both proactive and reactive maintenance. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) Key Duties of a Multi-Skilled Engineer: - Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment. - Identifying and resolving any potential issues before they cause failures. - Respond rapidly to machinery breakdowns, diagnose the problems and perform repairs or report back to engineering team leader if external specialists are required. - Carry out machine adjustments, Size changes, machine settings when mods are made.
