Conducts the games in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, handling guest transactions and notifying Pit Supervisor of any irregularities. Advises Pit Supervisor of any guest disputes or arguments that may arise during the game. Informs Pit Supervisor of any relevant facts regarding specific guests and their action. Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a pleasant gaming experience, notifying supervisors of all of guest needs. PIT SUPERVISOR: Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently, equitably and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures relating to Table Games and ensuring compliance with the Gaming Regulations.
