Laboratory Technician - Debonding on Demand (m/f/d) - Location: ​Hamburg, Norderstedt - tesa Headquarter - Entry as: limited to max. 2 years - Work Area: Research and Development What you will do: As a Laboratory Technician – Debonding on Demand (m/f/d) , you will contribute to the development of next-generation adhesive solutions that can be selectively released or “debonded on demand.” These innovative technologies support tesa’s commitment to sustainability by enabling repairability, recycling, and material separation across various industries. In this role, you will play a key part in the formulation, testing, and optimization of adhesive systems—working hands-on in the laboratory and pilot facilities to translate ideas into tangible products. You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and external partners to turn innovative concepts into real-world solutions.
