Apogee Architectural Metals Position Summary: The Operational Excellence Engineer II plays a critical part in driving operational excellence by leading and executing process optimization initiatives. Partnering closely with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, the Operational Excellence Engineer evaluates end-to-end workflows, leads data-driven improvements, supports capital investments, and researches emerging technologies and methods to advance operational performance. By leveraging advanced CI methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, the role ensures alignment with organizational goals and delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Process Development: - Ability to lead the cross-functional development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing and business processes, including capital projects from concept through implementation to improve capacity, flow, and operational effectiveness.
