The focus of this role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on requirements analysis, business process improvement, and data-driven decision-making to support the program's IT transformation and modernization activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Jr. developers to develop and deliver capabilities as required by the client. - Design new solutions using Databricks (Python, Pyspark) to deliver capabilities meeting business functional requirements. - Analyze & Design modifications to existing data model solutions as needed. - Promote code into production using Gitlab. - Define test cases and verify test results to ensure solutions are functioning as designed. - Build data models and reports using datasets from ERPs and legacy systems.
