JOB SUMMARY: Performs complex design and development efforts of the facility Building Management System (BMS) to provide increased reliability, increased efficiency, and operational improvements. Engineer III will be responsible for technical ownership of the Building Management System (BMS) and will be responsible for providing technical expertise performance and oversight of internal partners and external consultants to ensure proper system operation and creating standards as required to align with corporate sustainability initiatives. Engineer III will be responsible for creating and enforcing sitewide standards for Universal Orlando properties. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: - Provides technical leadership for the operation of the EMS system equipment to include HVAC Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Aquatic/Pool Systems, and Solar Systems to provide proper control, reliability, and energy efficiency of control systems.
