About the Role: This Data & Analytics Intern will work closely with experienced data and analytics professionals on Baird’s Global Investment Banking (GIB) business to transform complex data into actionable insights that support senior leadership and stakeholders. Through hands-on analytics, reporting and data governance work, interns gain practical exposure to enterprise tools and real-world decision-making in a high-performing financial services environment. This intern will gain firsthand insight into how analytics support Investment Banking strategy and execution. This is a hybrid internship, offering flexibility to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office and Monday and Friday remote. The intern must be able to work full-time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week.
