Description Brown University seeks an accomplished leader to serve as the Academic Director of its internationally-recognized Executive MBA, run in conjunction with IE University in Madrid, Spain. The next Academic Director will lead the program through a curricular transition, maintaining its relevance to emerging business challenges while staying true to its founding vision as a program that provides core business skills, the tools to analyze geopolitical challenges, and the ability to use economic, ethical, sociological, and historical scholarship to guide business decisions. The Professor of the Practice and Academic Director will guide the strategic and academic direction of the EMBA and any future master’s programs under their supervision, hold responsibility for the rigor and integrity of the curriculum, take the lead in recruiting and hiring faculty, actively recruit students to the program(s) with support from the recruiting team, lead the admissions committee, respond to student needs, maintain strong relationships with our partners at IE, build a strong alumni community, establish new corporate relationships, and participate in the development of marketing materials and...
