Joy, PA facility. Reporting to the Mt. Joy Plant Controller, this role is responsible for driving strong cost controls, operational efficiencies, and enhanced visibility into plant performance. The analyst will own standard costing, reporting, and financial analytics — translating data into actionable insights for the Operations team. This position also collaborates closely with AD&M finance team members, finance shared services, and plant leadership to achieve financial objectives and ensure full compliance with TE financial policies.
