Job description

The DTA Application Analyst is responsible for the analysis, configuration, support, and ongoing maintenance of the Irth TMS dynamic ticket allocation process. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure application is reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs. The DTA Application Analyst serves as an application subject-matter expert and plays a key role in application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, issue resolution, system enhancements, and user support related specifically to Irth TMS dynamic ticket allocation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Application Support and Maintenance: · Provide administration and support for business users and remote managers and locators on our ticket management and GIS applications. · Configure and complete system configuration, business rule development and administration for new features, support services to included ticket allocation, routing, reports, billing, time management and notifications. · Perform daily tasks following an established process for tracking support issues and resolutions. · Understand application’s form-based programming, attend desi...
