Case Manager Supervisor with DMH Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) 260002PD Description The Department of Mental Health (DMH) Child, Youth & Family Services Division is seeking an organized and dynamic individual for the position of Human Services Coordinator II (CYF Case Manager Supervisor) to join our Metro Boston Child, Youth, and Family team. The HSC-II will provide oversight of case-managed youth in DMH community services and statewide programs, as well as liaison to community providers regarding services to DMH clients. The HSC-II has the responsibility of monitoring performance and utilization of assigned Area-based CYF contracts and serving as a Service Integration Specialist and liaison to Community Service Agencies & other community partners. The HSC-II promotes DMH’s philosophy of recovery, trauma informed care, person, youth and family centered choices and cultural humility. Primary duties will focus on (Site/Area) DMH Catchment and will be assigned to perform Area-based duties to ensure coverage when necessary.
